Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in January 2014 per ASTM E1527-05 revealed no RECs that warrant additional investigation. A limited asbestos survey revealed asbestos containing materials in some of the ceiling texture and vinyl floor tile; which will likely be addressed as part of structural renovations.

Former Use: Only apparent land use was a church facilty and associated residential structure.
