Additional Property Attributes

Potential planned use is a doggy day care location.

Former Use: Original development of the subject property occurred in 1951 with the construction of the northern portion of the current building. Prior to this, the subject property was vacant land. Additions were constructed to the western portion in 1959 and the southern portion in 1965. The property was occupied by various machine or welding shops from 1951 through 1974, Advanced Friction Materials (reportedly a welding shop) from 1974 to 1986; Dixon Pen Company/Unique Vinyl Specialties (a pen and notebook binding manufacturer) from at least 1988 to between 1992 and 1997; Icon Machine & Tool in 1997; and was occupied by Diversified Metal Fabricators (an HVAC metal fabrication company) from 1998 to late 2012. The property has been vacant for approximately one year.
