Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 0.43 acre site is located on U.S. Highway 301. The site was used as an auto service station / gas station starting in either the 1940's or 1950's. The USTs had not been used since the 1960's. The current owner purchase the site in 2004 from Antonino Altadonna who purchase the site from Margaret Benford in 1999. The one-story building was converted for use as a restaurant which is the current use of the site.
