Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Reasonably ascertainable records for the subject property extended back to approximately 1948. Data failure occurred prior to that date, from 1948 to 1959, and from 1959 to 1992. However, research did not identify any significant data gaps during the completion of this Phase I ESA. The subject property was initially developed by at least 1948 with the construction of a residential dwelling in the central portion of the property, which was demolished between 1948 and 1959. The eastern portion of the current building was constructed by at least 1959 and the property was utilized for used car sales. The western portion of the current building and the canopy were constructed between 1960 and 1992. While research was unable to verify all of the occupants and operations associated with the building dating back to construction, historical records and the layout and size of the building indicate that the property has always been used by small scale commercial operations including used car sales, retail stores, etc.
