Additional Property Attributes

Currently there is one building located on the Property. The first floor is 12,000-square feet (sf) and the second floor is 5,000 sf in size. The first floor is used for storage of restaurant equipment for the Third Street Deli located northeast of the Property beyond Green Street. The second floor is mostly vacant. The Property has historically been the Parkersburg Milling Company since before the 1880s to the 1970s. From before 1880 to approximately 1904, the structures present were not similar to the structure which stands today. Since approximately 1904, the historic and current structures are similar. From 1991 through 1995, the Property was leased by a masonry company called Pioneer Supply. In 1993, the Property was acquired by Resource Consultants & Developers, Inc. (RCDI).

Former Use: The Property is currently a vacant building with a gravel parking area to the west. The Third Street Deli uses the building to store restaurant equipment. The Property has historically been the Parkersburg Milling Company since before the 1880s to the 1970s. From before 1880 to approximately 1904, the structures present were not similar the main structure that stands today. From the 1991 through 1995, the Property was leased by a masonry company called Pioneer Supply. In 1993, the Property was acquired by RCDI. Currently there is one building located on the Property.
