Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of a six-story vacant building. Past uses of adjoining properties include a grocery, clothing stores, banks, hotels, and City offices. The Property has historically been known as the Citizens Bank Building since the early 1910s. Prior to the current building being constructed in the late 1890s, there were three buildings consisting of a cobbler, grocery, and offices.

There are multiple light ballasts and fluorescent light tubes located inside the building. These materials are considered universal wastes and should be disposed of properly. The cans of paint, thinner, roofing materials, and concrete motor bags that are no longer useable, need to be properly disposed of off-site.
