Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: There are six current buildings on the subject property. Building 6 is a vacant warehouse building that is located in the western portion of the property, which was constructed in 1924. Building 4 is a utility shed located in the eastern portion of the property, which was constructed in 1957. Building 1 is a vacant office building located in the northwestern portion of the property, which was constructed in 1975 with an addition in the 2000s. Building 3 is an equipment shed located in the north central portion of the property, constructed in 1982. Building 2 is a vacant equipment shed located in the north central portion of the property, which was constructed in 1993. Building 5 is a vacant utility shed that is located in the northeastern portion of the property, which was constructed in 1997. Historical records document the former occupants of the subject property consisted of a grain elevator in the northeastern portion of the property from at least 1898 until at least 1950; residential in the west central portion of the property from at least 1906 until at least 1950; two bulk oil companies: one in the northern portion of the property from at least 1930 until at least 1975 and one in the southern portion of the property from at least 1938 until at least 1955; vehicle service garage in 1930 in the western portion of the property; sheet metal workshop in 1936 in the western portion of the property; a gasoline filling station with service operations in the northwestern portion of the property from at least 1940 until at least 1953; wholesale building supply company in the northern and central portion of the property during the 1950s through at least 2007; coal yard in the southwestern portion of the property during the 1950s; lumber yard in the central to southern portion of the property from at least 1955 until 1987; Beasley Asphalt in the western portion of the property from 1989 until 1990; and construction company from at least 2002 until at least 2003.
