Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Allen Brothers Trucking used the property as a truck maintenance and wash facility beginning in 1992. The property is currently in the process of foreclosure. The consultant observed (18) 55-gallon drums, (3) 50-gallon fuel tanks and (2) one-gallon cans of petroleum products and/or unidentified substances on the paved area to the south of the building. No evidence of underground storage tanks or aboveground storage tanks being present on the property.
