Additional Property Attributes

The owners of the adjoining bar plan to acquire the site and renovate and use the existing structure as a restaurant. the additional parking space will also be positive for the bar/restaurant.

Former Use: Based upon a review of historical information, from at least 1892 to approximately 1969, portions of the Property were used for residential purposes. From approximately 1927 to present the Property was used for commercial/retail purposes consisting of food markets, restaurants and office space. A gasoline filling station operated on the Property from approximately 1927 to 1945 and from 1970 to approximately 1976.
