Additional Property Attributes

Proposed reuse: WidgetWorks Unlimited LLC. manufactures tools using woodworking, metal working, and plastic forming processes has pulled out of the purchase of the property. The current owner is in the process of reevaluating reuse of the property.

Former Use: The site is part of a former manufacturing complex (Estey Organ Manufacturing) where hazardous substances have been previously identified under a completed site investigation. Sanborn maps currently show the building used as a blacksmith and as a machine shop. Site operations included pipe organ construction (1905-1960), Basketville -Basket Making Storage (date not available), 1997 until summer 2013 Benson Woodworking and Design. Building is currently empty awaiting sale.
