Additional Property Attributes

Glasscock Properties consist of 5 separate properties in a strip mall each with a different address and may sell separately. Each property has its own features, as well as utilities, and shares a wall in the strip. All 5 sites were assessed at the same time and one report was written for all of them combined and listed as 211-223 East Douglas Street. The cost is therefore split evenly amongst the 5 sites. Due to potential off-site petroleum REC, Phase II assessment activities were done using petroleum assessment funds.

Former Use: The current structure was built in the 1950s and has been used as a drug and hardware store, a catalog store, grocery store, screen printing shop, thrift store, furniture store, upholstery warehouse, and skating rink.
