Additional Property Attributes

Phase I identified firework gun powder storage so listed Lead as REC, visual REC of ACM & LBP but not tested so unknown if cleanup required in 2 buildings so listed as "Other Contaminants". Phase II indicated no levels of antimony and thallium, deleted information due to report information as follows: Arsenic was detected above the MRBCA DTL and residential RBTL at surface and subsurface depths, but the reported concentrations are below the Tier I non-residential RBTL and the background arsenic concentration for Henry County of 11.30 mg/kg. Metals are naturally occurring in the environment so detected concentrations are not necessarily indicative of a release. If residential use arsenic might require mitigation system which is engineering control. If LBP found and left in place with correct coverage then institutional control would be required.

Former Use: The site consists of vacant farm land located south of Highway 7 in Clinton, Henry County, Missouri. This area is geographically located centrally within Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 26 West. The site is addressed at 148 Northwest Highway 7 in Clinton, Missouri. The site is developed with two approximately 500 square foot buildings that are currently used for miscellaneous storage on the north portion of the site. In 1953 a structure was visible in the central-west area of the site and was formerly used as firework gun powder storage shed for the current east adjoining property. The remaining portion of the site has always been used as pasture. Future use is unknown at this time.
