Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed with the current building in the late 1960s. PPG Chemfil blended and distributed metals coating and finishing chemicals used for automobile bodies from the late 1960s until the early 2000s. Above-ground storage tanks (ASTs), which contained acids, non-metal cleaners, petroleum solvents, and vehicle phosphating chemicals, were located in the building and outside the east wall of the building.
