Additional Property Attributes

Building to be renovated for use as manufacturing, anticipated completion date is fourth quarter of 2014.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document the subject property was developed in 2005 with the construction of the current building, on previously vacant land. The subject property has been occupied by Ritter Technologies, LLC, a wire and hose distributor, since 2008. The building was vacant/unfinished prior to their occupancy.
