Additional Property Attributes

After completion of the Phase II ESA and removal of a UST the new property owner was able to rehabilitate the onsite building, repair the parking area and perform site improvements such as landscaping. The site was reopened and remains active.

Former Use: The Subject Site is located in a mixed-use area of Hickory, North Carolina that includes residential properties and commercial properties. The Subject Site is comprised of one lot which has been developed with a vacant commercial structure. The Subject Site is currently owned by Bizzy Bee Enterprises, LLC. According to deed information pulled from the Catawba County GIS website, Bizzy Bee Enterprises, LLC has owned the property since 2006. According to historical research, the Subject Site was historically utilized as a drive through carwash, gas station, and auto parts retail shop.
