Additional Property Attributes

The properties were subject to separate Phase I assessments but are being combined into a single site for planned Phase II activities since the sites are adjacent and subject to the same potential contaminants. Also, the redevelopment plan is to develop both parcels into a downtown park.

Former Use: The portion north of Canal Street was a grocery store, tire service/recapping facility and filling station. The portion south of Canal Street has no history of development.
