Additional Property Attributes

The site was developed for residential use sometime between 1896 and 1909. The site structures were likely demolished between 1979 and 1983. No environmental concerns were identified based on the historical usage of the subject properties. Recognized Environmental Conditions noted in the Phase I Environmental Assessment Report are associated with nearby properties, most notably dry cleaning facilities; adjacent properties have been developed historically as residential or vacant lots.

Former Use: The subject properties consist of two parcels comprising approximately 0.19 acres in an area known as the Center City Neighborhood. The two parcels are vacant residential lots. The parcels have been utilized for residential use since sometime between 1896 and 1909. Residential structures were demolished between 1979 and 1983. The intended uses of the parcels are for a community garden and playground.
