The Morton House was originally constructed as a high-end hotel in the late 1800's. Most recently, the building has been used for low-income (i.e. Section 8) housing. 55 Ionia Partners, LLC anticipates investing approximately 18,000,000 into renovation and rehabilitation of the building for commercial and residential use.

Former Use: The property was originally constructed as a high-end hotel in the late 1800's and has experienced various uses over the last century including hotel, bank, restaurants and most recently low-income housing.
