Additional Property Attributes

The Pearland Assault Baseball club is a non-profit little league baseball organization. The redevelopment goal is to build a new baseball complex and training facility for children in the community due to overcrowding of the current facilities in the area. The construction of the baseball complex is expected to create up to 14 jobs.

Former Use: The site consists of undeveloped pasture land previously used for oil and gas exploration and production.
