Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 0.22 acre site, located at the intersection of North Main Street and East Greenwood Avenue, includes a 1,264 square foot building and 360 square foot canopy. The building contains retail space and a two-bay automobile garage, hydraulic lift, asphalt parking, landscaped areas and concrete sidewalks. The parcel is zoned AR (Agriculture-Residential). Site was reportedly developed in 1910 as a gasoline and service station and used for that purpose until 1995 purchase and subsequent use for auto detailing. Current owner purchased site in 2001 and disconnected utilities. Site has been vacant since 2001.
