Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is a 1.4 acre property developed with a restaurant identified as Pompeiis Pizzeria. The current owner Neil Picklehaupt plans to expand the current business with constructing additional building space. The previous use of the property as a gas station was an REC and additional investigation was recommended to assess the condition of the property. A Phase II ESA was conducted. Soil and Groundwater sampling was completed for the site as well as a Hazardous Building Materials Survey. The analytical results indicated the property is a "facility" base on levels of Lead Cadmium and Chromium detected in groundwater at levels that exceed Groundwater surface water interface and Drinking Water Criteria.

Former Use: The subject property was developed with various gas stations, filling stations and auto repair from 1922 through 1965, and four underground gasoline tanks (USTs) depicted in the southwest portion of the property on a 1950 Sanborn map. From the mid 1960s to the present the property was developed with restaurants.
