Additional Property Attributes

Demolish the existing gasoline dispensing station and construct a commercial strip mall (approximately 7,500 square feet) with an estimated four tenant spaces.

Former Use: Original development of the subject property occurred between 1940 and 1949, with a dwelling and garage in the southern portion of the property. Additionally, a small building consistent with a shed or produce stand was constructed in the southwestern portion by 1949. Prior to this, the subject property was vacant land. Between 1949 and 1952, a commercial building was constructed in the western portion of the property, which was occupied by a farming supply and produce store until 1969. The dwelling/garage and store were demolished, and the current building was constructed in 1970 as a gasoline service station. In 1990, the UST and dispenser system was replaced with the current system. Automotive service operations also ceased in 1990, and the building was remodeled with the current convenience store.
