Additional Property Attributes

The Site, which is currently owned by the City of West Palm Beach, is being considered for redevelopment. The site was historically occupied by a filling station.

Former Use: The Site is comprised of two parcels of land totaling � 0.36-acres and is currently vacant and developed with one vacant residential building located on the 819 N Tamarind parcel on the northeast portion of the Site. The Site is located in a mainly residential neighborhood. The Site, which is currently owned by the City of West Palm Beach, is being considered for redevelopment. Based on a review of the historical information, the Site was developed as early as 1924. A gasoline fueling station was located on the southeast portion of the Site between 1965 and 1991. Historical facilities identified on adjacent properties include a filling station and a dry cleaner facility, carpet cleaners and additional laundry services.
