The site has been purchased by Albion College and they plan to redevelop it to support revitalization of business loop that connects the college and the downtown area.

Former Use: The property was developed in 1895 with the existing building. The building was used for residential purposes from 1895 through 1984, when it was remodeled for use as a medical office.
