Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the northern parcel was developed between 1940 and 1949, with a residential dwelling and associated garage, which were constructed on previously vacant land. The former dwelling and garage were demolished between 1974 and 1980, and the entire parcel has been utilized as a surface parking lot since at least 1980. The southern parcel was developed in approximately 1937, with a building located in the northern, eastern, and western portions, which was constructed on previously vacant land. An addition was constructed to the central portion of the building between 1949 and 1952. The former building was destroyed by fire in 1966, and the current building was constructed between 1967 and 1968. The property was occupied by a lumber yard from approximately 1937 until 2005, and the building has been vacant since 2005. Operations associated with the former lumber yard included lumber storage and distribution only, and no wood treating or painting was conducted on-site.
