Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is currently occupied and owned by the City of Little Canada (the City). The City Public Works Department uses the subject property for vehicle, equipment, and materials storage. There are a total of three buildings on the subject property. The City of Little Canada Public Works Department uses both parcels and all three buildings for storage. Historical information concerning the subject property was available back to 1937 in aerial photographs and to 1966 in city directories. Based on aerial photographs, it appears that the subject property was undeveloped through at least 1966 and then developed with all three of the existing buildings by 1974. Based on city directory listings and information form the City, Donovan Construction Company occupied 53 South Owasso Boulevard West from 1967 until 2013 and Roseville Plumbing and Heating occupied 167 South Owasso Boulevard West from 1971 until approximately 2009. The City of Little Canada occupied 167 South Owasso Boulevard West in 2009 and occupied 53 South Owasso Boulevard West soon after Donovan Construction.
