Additional Property Attributes

This is a derelict structure/mobile home. A pre-demoltion hazardous materials inspection for ACM, LBP, and LEC was conducted. The inspection included the entirety of the mobile home. Axels and wheel drums along with the associated metal are planned for recycling and that the receiving party will be notified of the presence of asbestos containing brake shoes.

Former Use: This is a single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal clad wood d structure on a metal fram intented to facilitate a transport as a trailer. Wood additions had been constructed on either side of the mobile home to expand the interior. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard walls, fiberglass insulations, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal with underlying blown-in cellulose insulation. At the time of inspection, the mobile home was in very poor shape, with multiple openings in the walls and ceilings with debris scattered around the lot.
