Additional Property Attributes

Hazardous building material inspection of the mobile home. Reduce of environmental threats. Abatement of ACM that will be impacted by the demolition in accordance with the applicable regulations prior to impact.

Former Use: The mobile home on Lot B-13 is a single-story prefabricated home. It was built in 1974, currently unoccupied, and not maintained. The home is comprised of a metal clad wood structure on a metal intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard walls, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof is sheet metal. At the time of the inspection, the mobile home was in fair condition.
