Additional Property Attributes

Suspect ACMs, aboveground storage tanks, and suspect lead-based paint were all recognized environmental conditions noted at this property during the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. ACM was confirmed and subsequently abated. Property sold to adjoining restaurant for expansion and additional parking.

Former Use: The property consists of a vacant, former commercial structure most recently occupied by the Dreamland Tavern. The building occupies the majority of the property footprint. Overgrown vegetation was noted along the northern building exterior adjacent to Knowles Road. The western two thirds of the building are occupied by the former tavern. Spaces included a bar, a kitchen, restrooms and sitting areas. The eastern third of the building was occupied by a shop and collapsed section of the building. The upstairs portion of the property was a former meeting hall. A basement is also located beneath the building and contained restrooms and open space. Interior finishes in the building were in poor condition with mold present throughout. Damaged building finishes were noted throughout the space and unsafe conditions limited observations.
