Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is irregular in shape, 15.67 acres in area, and is comprised of 14 parcels.The parcels consist of automobile dealerships, automobile sales and service businesses, car wash, car rental, office use, a millwork distributor and installer, an upholstery business, a badge and trophy store, retail tool shop, a cafe, and floral shop. Water is provided by on-site wells. Municipal sanitary sewer and the local natural gas and electrical utilities are connected to the subject property buildings. Available information indicates that the first developed use of the subject property was in 1926, when the building at 1601 County Road E East was constructed. The 1937 aerial photographs indicate that several more buildings were constructed by that time. Information indicates that produce markets, restaurants, bars, a bulk oil retailer, and automotive service stations were located in the cluster of buildings at the intersection of Hoffman Road and County Road E East.
