Additional Property Attributes

Demolish the existing gas station, convenience store, and pumps and tank & line removal. Construct a new C-Store/Restaurant and install all new tanks, lines, and pumps.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources documented the original development of the subject property occurred prior to 1940 for agricultural purposes. Agricultural operations ceased between 1963 and 1968, and the property was redeveloped in 1968 with the construction of a gasoline service station located in the central portion of the property. The gasoline service station was demolished in 1987, and current gasoline dispensing station and convenience store was constructed in 1988. Operations since 1988 have consisted of retail sales of petroleum products and general retail items.
