Additional Property Attributes

Initially utilize the warehouse for inventory and eventually relocate the fabrication area to the building in Fall of 2014

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred prior to 1940 with agricultural fields and a residential dwelling. Several sheds and garage structures were constructed between 1940 and 1963. The property was utilized for agricultural purposes until between 1963 and 1967/1968 and the former dwelling, garage, and sheds were demolished between 1963 and 1967/1968, when the western portion of the current building was constructed. An addition was constructed to the eastern portion in 1968/1970. The building was occupied by Industrial Building Panels, Inc. (IBP) and associated companies from 1968 until at least 2012. The building has been vacant since between 2012 and 2013.
