Additional Property Attributes

Hazardous building inspections of various uninhabitated mobile homes on the Colville Indian Reservation in support of future demolition. Inspection consisted of site inspection, material sampling, sample analysis, and reporting. All inspection tasks were completed by accredited and/or certfified professionals.

Former Use: Omak Trailer Park is a mobile home community located on Mocassin Flat Hud Road on the east side of the Okanogan River northeast of the City of Omak, Washington. The mobile home on Lot #2 previously belonged to a Colville Tribal Member, but was uninhabited at the times of inspections. During the August 8 inspection, the structure was identifiable as a single-story mobile home in very poor shape. During the September 5th inspection, the building had been largely demolished by mechanical means, with evidence of construction equipment tracks surrounding the site. The building materials had been piled onto the metal , and none appeared to have been removed from the site at the time of inspection.
