Additional Property Attributes

Property is a former tractor repair/sales business that has been left vacant for several years. Phase II investigation identified contaminants in the shallow soil, in the northeastern portion of the site. Since that time, no further assessment/remedial planning has occurred, and will have to be completed after this grant has expired.
