Additional Property Attributes

Property is a derelict mobile home. Hazardous buidling material inspection of uninhabited mobile home in support of future demolition. The inspection consisted of site inspection, material sampling, sample analysis, and reporting. All inspection tasks were completed by accredited and/or certified professionals. Building was inspected again at a later date but was demolished by mechanical means. The building materials had been piled onto metal , and none appeared to have been removed from the site at the time of the inspection.

Former Use: Omak Trailer Park is a mobile home community located on Moccasin Flat Hud Road on the east side of the Okanogan River and northeast of the City of Omak, Washington. The mobile home on Lot #15 previously belonged to a Colville Tribal Member and was uninhabited at the time of the inspection. During the August 8 2013 inspection, the structure was identified as a single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal base wood subfloors, and wood wall and ceiling joists. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. There was no observable roof.
