Additional Property Attributes

Property is a derelict mobile home structure. A predomolition hazardous building material inspection was conducted for ACM, LBP, and LEC. Contractor's services included site inspection, material sampling, sample analysis, and reporting. All inspection tasks were completed by accredited and/or certified professionals. No contaminants were found at this site.

Former Use: The mobile home on Lot #18 presented as the remains of a fire from a single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal clad wood structure on a metal mount intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. A concrete pad was adjacent to the metal base. At the time of the inspection, all that remained of the mobile home was the metal base, crumpled up metal roof, and building material debris and ash associated with the fire. Debris from the fire was scattered in close proximity to the site of the mobile home.
