Redevelopment into mixed-use building.

Former Use: Standard and historical sources document the subject property was originally developed in at least 1915 with a dwelling located in the central northern portion of the property. By 1921, the property was developed with three dwellings in the northern portion, a stable in the eastern portion, and a garage and shed in the southwestern portion. The dwellings, stable, garage, and shed were demolished at varying times between 1921 and 1967. The current car wash building and parking areas were constructed in 1967.
