Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of the historical information, the site consisted of undeveloped woodland/marshland from at least 1937. Multiple small structures were located near the northwestern corner of the site as early as 1943 and were no longer apparent after 1952. The site has been operated as a construction debris disposal site since at least 1989 by ITT Community Development Corporation. Based on interviews with the current site owner and review of available documents on Oculus, the site has had no violations relating to disposal or releases of potentially hazardous compounds.
