Additional Property Attributes

Reduction of environmental threats: Hazardous building material inspections in support of planned demolition. Samples were collected for lead in the paint or stained surfaces, which were within acceptable ranges. Painted components identified during the inspection included: wall, ceilings, floors, doors, door casings/s, window trim, window units, piping, railings, and other miscellaneous components. Inspection requirements to ensure property owner inspects a facility for the presence of ACM prior to undertaking a construction, remodel, renovation, maintenance, or demolition project and to provide inspection results to affected contractors or employees. ACM greater than 1% were found in the samples present in black roof sealant and sheet vinyl flooring.

Former Use: Single-story mobile home comprised of a metal clad wooden structure on a metal intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard walls, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal. An addition to the home had been added to the west side of the structure. At the time of the inspection, the mobile home was in fair condition.
