Additional Property Attributes

The results of the Phase II assessment demonstrated that neither VOCs nor cadmium were measured in the soil or groundwater samples collected from the Property. Lead was not detected in the groundwater and the concentrations measured in the soil samples were all below their respective IDEM RCG Screening Levels. Therefore, no additional investigation is warranted regarding the on-site REC identified in our May 2014 Phase I.
