Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently developed with an approximate 21,185-sq. ft. commercial building known as the Favoretta Business Center. The business center is divided into 10 individual commercial tenant spaces with front offices and warehouse space in the back areas. The building is occupied by Heritage Cremation, Stirling Electric, Durst Auto Sports, Billy Page Upholstery and Power Exterminators office location. Based on a review of the historical information, the site was undeveloped wooded land from prior to 1943 until 2006 when the site was cleared and the existing commercial building was constructed. Site occupants have included a motorcycle accessory store, stereo repair shop, a pool supply company, and Misty Cigars tobacco shop. Currently the site is occupied by Heritage Cremation, Billy Page Upholstery, Durst Auto Sports, Stirling Electric and Power Exterminators office location. Favoretta Business Center is the site owner.
