Additional Property Attributes

Renovations of the exterior and interior of the current building to bring the building back to reuse as a metal finishing operation

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to that the eastern portion of the current building was constructed in approximately 1966/1967, with a small addition constructed in 1973. Prior to that, the property consisted of agricultural land dating back to at least 1937. The eastern portion of the building was occupied by various industrial and/or manufacturing tenants from at least 1969 until 1992, was occupied by a binding company and/or a bottle warehouse/distributor from at least 1996 until early 2014, and is currently vacant. An addition was constructed as warehouse space to the western portion of the building in 1996/1997. This portion of the building has been occupied by various warehouse tenants since construction.
