Additional Property Attributes

The building, built in 1965, is constructed of concrete and steel and has approximately 26,000 square feet of total floor space. The interior is finished with ceiling tile, carpeting, floor tile, and wall board systems. The exterior is brick. The building is currently vacant.

Former Use: The Property was used for agriculture prior to 1965 when it was developed as a hotel. The hotel was previously branded as a Holiday Inn, Days Inn, Ramada Inn, and Reyton Inn. The facility has been vacant since February 2014. The Property was owned by Standard Oil Co from 1963 through 1965. Available records do not suggest that Standard Oil used the Property for its operations during the two years it owned the land.
