Additional Property Attributes

Former foundry and water power mill - will update as project progresses.

Former Use: The site is a former foundry property that was recently acquired by the City of Franklin for back taxes. The Site building is a historical mill that has seen several additions and uses including woodworking, metal working/foundry, and auto repair. The Site is bisected by Chance Pond Branch brook, which flows into the Merrimack River. Ownership to be updated upon Phase I completion.
