Additional Property Attributes

The Site currently contains a small building and parking area that are being vacated by a paving company. Historically the Site has been used for auto garages that supported the surrounding mill district. The City's mill district master plan indicates that the Site will be well suited for expansion of municipal parking in support of other redevelopments in the area.
