Additional Property Attributes

The Site contains two buildings including a former hacksaw and metal tool manufacturing mill, and a former armory. The site is situated on the bank of the Winnipesaukee River and is planned to be redeveloped as a boutique hotel and restaurant with an event center. A portion of the mill has significant structural issues and it planned to be partially demolished and reinforced to create a riverfront "mill ruins" outdoor seating/park area. The former armory was also used for storage by the mill and more recently as a mica depot in support of other manufacturing in the area. Former Use: To be updated upon Phase I completion.
