Former Use: The property is occupied by two structures including a two-story former residential building and a detached two-car garage. The former residence includes approximately 4,050 square feet, plus a 450-square-foot basement and an approximately 1,510-square-foot crawlspace. The garage is approximately 750 square feet and is constructed on a concrete slab. The various dates of construction are unknown, but based on the construction materials it is clear that parts of the main building are quite old but have undergone more recent renovations; the garage is perhaps the newest construction at the subject property. The survey was intended to support demolition of the present former residential dwelling and detached garage for construction of a new commercial building.
