Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was agricultural land, primarily an orchard, from at least 1938 to at least 1975. No buildings are or have been developed on the subject property, which is bisected by a former railroad bed creating an east and west side to the property. It has been a vacant part of the Port Suttons Community planned unit development since the early 1980s. Dredge spoil material from one of the local marinas was reportedly placed on the property in the late 1980s or early 1990s.
