Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The area subject to this Phase I ESA is limited to the footprint of the approximately 2,800-squarefoot commercial building that Suttons Bay Township is proposing to purchase. The building is located on the southern portion of a 2.5-acre legal parcel containing multiple commercial developments that were not subject to this Phase I ESA. The footprint of the commercial building was vacant land until it was constructed in 1994 after other commercial development within Hansen Plaza had already taken place. The Forton family had owned the 2.5-acre parcel dating back to the 1920s
