Additional Property Attributes

City of Bridgeport Parks and Recreation Department is located on this property--used mostly Parcel A for operations. Town of Trumbull uses part of Parcel A as well for their town's sanitary sewer pump station. There was a detection of ETPH in the soil at a concentration above RSR criteria; however, the parcel is not enrolled in any cleanup program and cleanup is not required.

Former Use: The property is owned by the State of Connecticut, but is located and operated by both the Townn of Trumbull and the City of Bridgeport. The physical property is located within Trumbull. The property has been used by the two muncipalities since the early 1970's. The City of Bridgeport Parks and Recreation Department is located on this property--they used mostly Parcel A for operations. The Town of Trumbull uses part of Parcel A as well for their town's sanitary sewer pump station. Parcel B is undeveloped, with the exception of a service road that may have been used to access Beardsley Park in Bridgeport, but purpose this cannot be confirmed.
